Our free trial sessions give young people a taste of what it is like to be on one of our Nail it and Thrive courses.

For our trial sessions, participants will need the following:

- A model to practice on OR a nail stand with nail tips and blue tak

- A selection of nail gels or traditional nail polish (contrasting colours are best)

- A nail lamp if you are using nail gel

- Nail art brushes and dotting tools

- A palette
